Milanos trip

Today we went to Milanos. We even got to make our own pizzas - yay!! When we went back to school we ate them. They were DELICIOUS!! In Mental Maths I got 10/10 on both pages which made everything even better! At the end in Milanos, we shouted "MILANOS!" It was fun and I'm really tired after all that. So basically, BEST DAY EVER!! (p.s. Best pizza after my mum's!)

Communion Charity

Image result for make a wish charity

After a lot of discussion and voting, we have decided that The Make a Wish Foundation will be our chosen communion charity. There are many charities that are very deserving but we could only choose one! The Make a Wish Foundation try to grant the wishes of children aged 3 to 17 years who have life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

Some boys have already started bringing in their donations but if we could put a major push on everyone else who would like to donate, that would be great as we would love to be able to give the money to the charity next week. So have your donations in by Wednesday please! Well done boys, you are being so kind.

Kindest regards,
Ms. Fannin and Ms. McDonagh

Communion Interview

Our Communion is just around the corner and we are getting very excited about it! The next item for our scrapbooks is a communion interview to be done with somebody who has already made their communion.
The children have been told that they can ask anyone they want to be their interviewee - you, a neighbour, a sister, an uncle, granny etc.. The interview answers can be written by them or the person they are interviewing.
The focus is for the children to find out about someone else's communion and to be able to chat about their special day with someone else who has already been through it!
They have been asked to stick in a photo on the opposite page (can be scanned if necessary) of the person on their communion day.

Thanks for your on-going cooperation!
Ms.Fannin and Ms.McDonagh
